1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and product details
- Share images/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement is subject to product availability
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost
- For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
