Return and Refund Policy

At The CartBazaar, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at chauhanupdesh12@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and product details
  3. Share images/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
