  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed and another notification once it is shipped

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days across India
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS
  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your order status in real-time

5. Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or high demand
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping
  • We only deliver within India

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution
